The Royal Agricultural Society of WA (RASWA) is proud to announce the return of its much-loved Inclusive Access Program, ensuring even more Western Australians can share in the magic of the 2025 Perth Royal Show.

Thanks to the generous support of Lotterywest, over 18,000 tickets have been made available to community organisations supporting people living with disability, First Nations communities, multicultural groups, families in crisis, youth and women’s support services, and regional organisations.

Expressions of interest for the program are open until 5:00PM, Friday, 29 August 2025.

The Inclusive Access Program also provides limited early entry to one of the Show’s most popular attractions, the Animal Nursery, giving children and families with disability the chance to enjoy the experience in a calmer, more relaxed environment.

RASWA CEO Robyn Sermon said the program highlights the organisation’s commitment to accessibility and inclusion at WA’s biggest community celebration.

“The Perth Royal Show is one of WA’s largest community event, and we believe everyone should have the chance to experience it. Through our Inclusive Access Program, and with the wonderful support of Lotterywest, we’re helping families and communities who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend. The feedback from organisations and participants last year was heart-warming, and we’re delighted to see the program return so even more people can share in the joy of the Show.”

In 2024, the Inclusive Access Program distributed more than 17,000 tickets across 143 community groups statewide, including to some of the most disadvantaged Western Australians. Feedback from participating groups described the initiative as “life-changing,” giving clients and families a rare day of joy, connection, and community pride.

Applications are now open for eligible community organisations across WA, with groups encouraged to apply promptly to secure tickets before allocations close or are fully exhausted.

Applications close 5:00PM, Friday, 29 August 2025.
