The Perth Royal Show brings Western Australians together to celebrate the vital role of agriculture, innovation and community, and has done so since 1834. This year, you can experience 12 hours of non-stop entertainment, immerse yourself in interactive and educational exhibits, visit all the classic Show favourites, and discover a world of new and exciting activities on offer around the grounds.
Making the Show accessible to as many people as possible remains a key priority. Thanks to $3.95 million in funding support from the WA State Government and Lotterywest, general admission prices have been frozen, and entry remains free for kids 3 and under, helping more families enjoy everything the Show has to offer.

The Royal Agricultural Society of WA operates a hub for all accredited media personnel reporting on the Perth Royal Show.

All media attending the Perth Royal Show to cover the event including photography, videography, or editorial, must hold valid accreditation. The individual named on the accreditation must be the individual using the accreditation. This process is a key component of Royal Agriculture Society of WA’s broader risk management and safety framework, ensuring that every individual present at the Show in an official capacity is recorded and accounted for.
Accreditation passes can only be processed when the mandatory online safety and site induction is completed. If you haven’t already, please complete the induction via the QR code.

All media access to the Main Arena, Woodchop Arena or other restricted areas must be requested through the Media Team. Entry into these arenas or other fenced zones without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited. We ask all media to be mindful of competition judging, animals, and exhibitors when filming, photographing, or conducting interviews. For everyone’s safety, please do not enter unauthorised areas or climb on activations, structures, or displays unless expressly approved by the Media Team.

If you lose something during the Show, contact the RASWA Office on (08) 6263 3100. Valuables are collected daily by WA Police. Non-valuable items are retained for up to eight weeks post-Show and if unclaimed, items may be donated to charity.
The Perth Royal Show is easily accessible by public transport with Transperth providing dedicated train services and bus connections to the Claremont Showground. The Public Transport Authority (PTA) are offering free travel on Sunday 27 September with a valid SmartRider, and all-week Family Rider passes for $7 which are valid for up to seven patrons. Plan your journey here.

In 2026, we will be broadening this precinct into a bigger dairy area, to increase the opportunities for education, sampling and amplification of the dairy industry. The Dairy Pavilion will feature the famous Cheese Toasties, Masters Loaded Milkshakes, dairy product samples and plenty more!

The Farmyard Nursery, one of the Show's most loved attraction is back and better than ever!
