The annual Perth Royal Show is WA’s most loved and unique community event that brings together city and country in a celebration of agriculture, food, education and entertainment.
Accredited media will have access to early entry each day, the Media Centre which offers WiFi, private bathrooms and refreshments, and daily event highlights across the Show’s dynamic program.
Only accredited media will be granted access to the Claremont Showground for filming, photography or editorial purposes with passes valid between Saturday, 26 September and Saturday, 3 October 2026.
As with last year's Perth Royal Show, media passes are issued to individuals for compliance and safety purposes. For this reason, the names of attending media personnel must be submitted. Each working member of media will require their own pass. We're unable to provide rotational or shared passes.
Applicants will be contacted by Friday, 11 September 2026 to advise them of the outcome of their application.
If approved, an online safety and site induction is mandatory prior to accreditations being issued, as well as the provision of Public Liability Insurance Certificates of Currency. Induction information will be provided to successful applicants.
Monday, 7 September, click here. Late applications are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Accreditation will need to be collected in-person from Monday, 14 September to Friday, 18 September at the Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia (RASWA) Head Office. One accredited and inducted representative may collect bulk accreditation passes for the same organisation.
A comprehensive Media Kit will be released in the lead up to the Show including key contact details, FAQs, and general Show information.
For any information regarding media accreditation, please contact media@raswa.org.au.
We look forward to working with you to share the stories of this year’s Show.
