Speed, strength and precision are on full display as competitors race against the clock and each other in one of the Perth Royal Show’s great competition traditions.
Woodchop action starts from 11am daily, with heats and competition continuing throughout the day. Across Show week, the Woodchop Arena will also host a huge line-up of championship finals:
Monday 28 September
- West Australian Championship – Class 11 Final
- Championship – Class 8 Final
Tuesday 29 September
- Australian Championship – Class 3 Final
- Championship – Class 6 Final
- Championship – Class 9 Final
- Axe Throwing, 1pm–2pm
Wednesday 30 September
- Australian Championship – Class 2 Final
- Championship – Class 7 Final
Thursday 1 October
- World Championship – Class 1 Final
- Axe Throwing, 1pm–2pm
Friday 2 October
- Championship – Class 4 Final
- Championship – Class 10 Final
Saturday 3 October
- Championship – Class 5 Final
Come for a championship final or drop by during the day to catch the heats — there’s plenty of action across the week.
