Live Butchering Demo with Vince Garreffa Details
Each afternoon audiences will discover where different beef cuts come from, how they are prepared, and the skill involved in bringing quality beef from paddock to plate.
Vince Garreffa is one of Western Australia’s best-known butchers. A founder of Mondo Butchers and an expert in his trade, Vince has built a career defined by food, craft, generosity and community service. As Director of Mondo Community Warriors they have raised over $4 million for Lifeline WA. Vince is a larger-than-life character that you won’t want to miss!
