WA's Finest Chocolate Competition
The Perth Royal Food Awards – Chocolate competition recognises excellence in chocolate making and confectionery craftsmanship.
Chocolatiers and producers from across Australia and internationally are invited to submit their products to be assessed by experienced judging panels. Entries are evaluated through a blind judging process using category-specific criteria to ensure every product is judged fairly and consistently.
Judges assess attributes including flavour, balance, texture, appearance and technical quality, benchmarking each product against recognised chocolate-making standards.
A medal from the Perth Royal Food Awards is a respected mark of quality, recognising chocolate products that demonstrate outstanding craftsmanship and flavour.
