The Perth Royal Food Awards – Bread and Pastry competition recognises excellence in professional baking and pastry production.
Professional bakers and producers are invited to enter a range of baked products including sourdough and artisan breads, specialty loaves, croissants, pastries and other baked goods. The competition celebrates the skill, technique and consistency behind high-quality baking.
Entries are assessed through a blind judging process by experienced industry professionals. Products are evaluated against detailed criteria specific to each class, ensuring every entry is judged fairly and consistently.
The competition highlights the craftsmanship behind exceptional baked products and provides producers with an opportunity to benchmark their work against industry standards.
A medal awarded through the Perth Royal Food Awards represents a respected mark of quality, recognising bread and pastry products that demonstrate outstanding baking expertise.
